Yoga & Horse Meditation Among the Vines at The View Winery

I’m absolutely thrilled about this one! I’ve collaborated with The View Winery to bring you an unforgettable morning of yoga, mindfulness, and breathtaking views.

We’ll gather by the picnic tables to the left of the winery at 9:45 AM, and from there, embark on a 10-15 minute walk through the vineyard to reach the top. Here, with panoramic views of Kelowna as our backdrop, we’ll begin a serene yoga session amidst the orchard.

Certified yoga instructor Aleena McKinnon will guide you through a calming practice designed to help you relax, let go, and connect with the present moment. This slow, flowing class is like a moving meditation—fluid, rhythmic, and gentle, offering a peaceful retreat for your body and mind.

After yoga, the magic truly begins. The horses will join us, and Aleena will lead you through an incredible horse meditation.

Horses, with their heightened sensitivity, are deeply attuned to our energy. Through breathwork and mindfulness, we can create a calming connection with these magnificent animals. This meditation allows you to quiet your mind, embrace the present moment, and experience the profound harmony that comes from connecting with horses.

This equine meditation is a heart-centered experience open to everyone, offering serenity, healing, and joy. Whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and deeply connected to nature and yourself.

After this transformative morning, we’ll stroll back down through the orchard to the tasting room for a curated wine tasting led by The View Winery staff. It’s the perfect way to round out a truly unforgettable experience.
