We do not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges for any of our Subscription Plans, Business Listings, Ad Campaigns, or Digital Products and Services once the purchase has been completed. 2. Digital Products & Services
Because our listings, advertising, and subscription-based services are digital and instantly accessible, they are considered consumed upon purchase. Therefore, no refunds or cancellations will be issued after payment has been processed.
3. Physical Products (If Applicable)
If Ray Brown Group Inc. ships any physical products through Okanagan Go or its affiliated platforms:
All physical sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged, delayed, or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim for reimbursement or replacement.
